Thales Increases Dividend Following Strong Earnings Growth
Thales has announced a higher dividend for 2024, set at €3.70 per share, up from €3.40 the previous year. This decision follows the company’s report of increased earnings that surpassed expectations, driven by a rise in orders throughout the last year.
The French aerospace and defense company reported a net profit of 1.42 billion euros ($1.49 billion) for the year, a significant increase from 1.02 billion euros in the prior year. Sales grew by 12% to reach 20.58 billion euros, with organic sales growth at 8.3%.
